There is no additional call out charge for customers within our local area (simply pay our standard hourly rate as listed in the Services and Charges section on this website). Areas that we consider to be within our local area include: Stubbington, Hill Head, Lee on the Solent, Gosport, Fareham, Portchester, Wickham, Titchfield, Park Gate, Locks Heath, Warsash, Whiteley, Portsmouth, Southampton and surrounding towns and villages.

If you live outside this area then please contact us because we may be able to still visit but please note there may be a small charge to cover the extra mileage and petrol.
