Services and Charges

Our standard hourly charge is £36 per hour for Home Users and £41 per hour for Business Customers.  After the first hour additional time is charged in increments of 15 minutes (charged at a quarter of the hourly rate).  For jobs taking less than half an hour the charge is £25 for Home Users and £30 for Business Customers.

We accept payment by cash, cheque, bank transfer and credit/debit cards using our portable credit card machine.

 

The services that we can offer are as follows:
  • Troubleshooting and fixing problems.

  • A PC Health Check consisting of a full antivirus clean and the removal of any Adware/Spyware/Virus Infections.

  • A basic reload of your Operating System (involving a format of your hard drive, and the reinstallation of any supplied licensed software). Note: If you have any data that you wish to save and have not written it to CD then please advise us of the important data and we will back it up and restore it for you. The additional time taken to backup and restore the data will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

  • Installation of the latest fixes and security updates for your PC.  If you have a slow internet connection or are unsure how to undertake these updates then we can pick up your PC and connect it to our fast broadband connection and apply all of the windows fixes and security updates for you.  These updates should take around two hours, but in the rare circumstance that they can not be completed within this time you will be contacted.

If you purchase a brand new Desktop PC from us then we will fully test the new computer, install and configure Microsoft Windows including the installation of all Microsoft security updates and fixes for no additional charge.
