Backup Software - AllSyncIf you have precious data (documents, music, photos) on your computer and
wish to keep a backup on an external hard drive or memory stick then
the following software can be used to keep the backup on the
external drive the same as the data currently on your hard drive. There are three
versions of this software:
AllSync Home
Allsync Home allows you to keep a non compressed backup of all
of your files on an external drive -i.e. if your file is a document
or photo simply plugging the external drive into a new laptop or
desktop and you can instantly open or copy your documents without
needing to 'uncompress them' or install any software to use them.
Allsync Professional
Allsync Professional contains all features found in Allsync
Home but adds the ability to schedule backup tasks to be
made at an interval to suit you - including daily/weekly/monthly or
even each time the PC is turned on.
Allsync Business
Allsync Business contains all of the features in Allsync
Professional but allows the software to be installed and run on a
server as a service which means that backups can be run without
anyone needing to log into the machine. It also can be set to
send an email to a users email address to prove each days backup is
working.
When you download one of the above versions the
trial version can be used for up to 21 days before either needing to
purchase the full version or remove the software. The trial
version can be changed between the 3 versions to help you find the
one that best suits your needs.
